Wine Barrel Stave

‘California Quail Pair’

Often seen when out walking my dogs, they always amuse me with the way they run with their heads held high and the plump males with their plumage.

I have created this piece on a French oak wine barrel stave. 
For this piece I have used Acrylic paint and finished with a satin varnish.

For interior display only.

Approximately 64cm long x 7.5cm wide x 3cm thickness.
